(ii) products damaged by the buyer will not be exchanged; and

(iii) products not eligible for return will have such explicit information on the product during the checkout process.

If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipping repaired or replacement products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us.
